Let's talk
The Challenge
The company in Hawaii had been working with a competitor but faced quality and service challenges. They needed a partner who could offer better consistency without disrupting their workflow. However, transitioning from an existing supplier can be a significant decision, so we needed to approach this change with care.
The Strategy
We suggested a soft transition by recommending that the firm test our products and services on one or two projects. This low-risk approach allowed them to evaluate our capabilities without committing to a full switch, helping build trust in our quality and service.
What We Did
- Seamless Product Integration: We began by transferring their existing plans and designs into our product lines, ensuring smooth integration with minimal disruption to their process.
- Training and Support: To enhance the experience, we provided both face-to-face and online training for their local team, introducing them to the breadth of our product offers and helping them feel confident in working with us.
- Successful Installations: The first two orders were installed without issue, meeting their high standards for both quality and service.
The Result
After the success of the initial projects, our relationship grew rapidly. We have since delivered many more orders and signed an exclusive distribution contract. Additionally, we are now preparing to develop a new showroom featuring all our products, further solidifying our long-term partnership with Astir.
