Design Consultation
We review your schematic or conceptual plans and collaborate on the ideal selections of our interiors. Always keeping the aforementioned budget and lead time in focus.
3-5 days
Price & Proposal
Once the design is approved we prepare a formal proposal for the project, including door to door transportation with fully transparent pricing for all goods and services.
1-2 days
Budget Review
If adjustments are required to meet budget demands, we work with you to develop cost effective options for your clients.
1-2 days
Order Creation
Once the budget is approved and proposals accepted we present you with a detailed order including preliminary drawings for final approval.
1-2 days
Order Deposit
We collect a 50% deposit on your order.
3-5 days
Factory Order
Once the deposit is paid your order is sent to the factory for production.
1-2 days
Approve Shop Drawings
Our factory will send a final set of shop drawings for review before scheduling production.
5-8 Weeks
Factory Production
Typically, there is a 5-8 week lead time for the production of your order. This can vary based on size and complexity of order.
Upon Request
Delivery
Delivery is coordinated with our in-house team that aligns with your lead time requirements. Expedited shipping is available upon request. Final shipping pricing is dependent upon your project location and timeline expectations.
