The Challenge
Tod from Mirage Development, a seasoned General Contractor / Developer in the greater Palm Springs area approached us with a clear goal: to incorporate high-end Italian design into his spec houses. However, with a busy schedule and no background in design, he didn’t have time to study catalogs or navigate design software. This required a solution that would be both time-efficient and creatively comprehensive, without sacrificing quality.
The Strategy
We proposed a straightforward process to streamline the project: Tod would send us architectural plans along with inspirational images to convey the desired look and feel. From there, we took over, ensuring the project aligned with his vision without adding complexity to his workload.
What We Did
